**ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SENT VIA CANADA POST** 

We will do our very best to ship your product out within 3 days of your online order.  If there is a delay in any of your shipment from our side, we will contact you to advise and make suitable arrangements according to your preference. After we have shipped via Canada Post, the expected transit time should be approximately 3-5 days. 

We request that you inspect your treasures immediately upon receipt and report any damage or issue to us within 48 hours so that we can assist in remedying the problem quickly. 

If you are able to pick up your online purchase we are most happy to provide curbside pickup at your convenience, just select your time from the options provided at checkout. 

Returns are certainly part of life, and we are happy to refund your new and unopened purchase or provide you a store credit, we just ask that you please return your ecom “it’s a no” items within 30 days to the shop. We are unable to take cosmetics products back that have the"goldenball" sticker or branded original packaging seal broken. Rare books that have been shipped sealed in their original plastic protective packaging are also non-returnable due to the possibility of finger oils damaging the cover or pages.

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURNS: 

For all in-store purchases made, you may return any items you are not madly in love with within 60 days! If it was a gift, a receipt would be amazing but if you don’t have one, we will try to track down the purchase and do our best to make things right for you!
